Refunds & Returns

Your order can be cancelled at any time up to 7 days before dispatch, where you will receive a full refund. No products can be returned or refund given if they have been opened, resealed, damaged or used. In the event of any breakages we must be notified within 48 hours by receipt of goods either by email info@authenticallywelsh.co.uk or telephone 01874 730189, where we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.  Please note a fee of £10.50 will be retained for administration charges on all refunds.
