All Deliveries 

There are two delivery charge options to mainland England and Wales (Please note we do not deliver to Ireland or Scottish Highlands), £6.95 for gifts and £9.95 for hampers.  

All orders of hampers are dispatched within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order. If you require the hamper earlier please add this on the note so every effort can be made to make ensure delivery on your specified date. If your delivery date cannot be met you will be notified and advised of the earliest date. Please note whilst every intention is to get your hamper delivered safely and on time this is ultimately in the hands of the Courier.

Shipping & Handling

Authenticallywelsh.co.uk uses its own transportation for local deliveries and reputable national couriers including Parcel Force and Evri Hermes Courier who guarantee your goods will arrive in a suitable condition.  Please note Parcel Force require a signature on delivery of your parcel and if there is no one in to receive the goods they will attempt delivery the following day (Monday to Friday) or request you collect from the nearest depot.

Delivery Services

We will make every effort to have your goods delivered between Monday to Friday and will be despatched within 72 hours (3 days) of your order. However, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is made to the address specified upon the order form (shipping address). It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct delivery address, recipient name and contact telephone number.

Refunds & Returns

Your order can be cancelled at any time up to 3 days before dispatch, where you will receive a full refund. No products can be returned or refund given if they have been opened, resealed, damaged or used. In the event of any breakages we must be notified within 48 hours (2 days) by receipt of email including photos of the damage to info@authenticallywelsh.co.uk , where we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please note a fee of £20.00 will be retained for administration charges on all refunds.
